I've clicked on All Users, but what does this information mean?

  1. Switch your view of users to show“All” users or only those that are “Online”
  2. Download a CSV of the information shown on the page by clicking the “Download CSV” button.
  3. Search for a specific user by typing the user’s email or name into the search box and pressing “Search”.  Searching a user will bring up all sub-accounts for that user, if there are any.
  4. Navigate through pages of users by using the “Back” or “Next” button, located at the top right and bottom right of the screen.
  5. The users email.  Hint: Click on this to open up specific information for this user!
  6. The users name.
  7. This number represents the total number of sites that specific user has visited during the lifetime of being monitored.
  8. This is the date and time of the last time the user logged on/pinged the server.
  9. The total number of flags/flagged activity that has occurred on this specific users account.
  10. The IP address of that specific user.  If you look at the example above, you will notice that there are multiple instances where the IP address repeats.  This is because that specific user logged into different devices and so is listed here once for each device that was logged in to.  .
  11. This is the name of the sub-OU this user belongs to; this column is a reflection of the OU structure you have in place in your Google Admin Console.
  12. The icons shown in this column represent the different types of devices online.  The first is an online non-chromebook device, the middle is an offline chromebook device, and the bottom is an offline non-chromebook device.
