History of a specific user - Overview

  1. This is an overview of the information for the specific user that you’ve clicked on.  It lists their email, the last time they were online, as well as what organizational unit they are a part of.
  2. This is the name of the specific user that you’ve clicked on.
  3. This button will allow you to stop tracking the user on this specific device.  For example, if you have a student who has a personal laptop at home that they’ve logged into, and signed in with their school domain email/password, GoGuardian will begin tracking them.  This button can stop that for this specific device.  This will not prevent any tracking for this user on other devices, nor will it prevent tracking other users on this device.
  4. View Screen: This BETA feature has been deprecated and is no longer available.
  5. Download a CSV of the shown information.
  6. The timeframe of this information can be changed with the drop down box, showing either from the beginning of time, today, last 3 days, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month (from the beginning of the month to the current day in that month), last month, or any customizable date range you would like. The default view is the past 7 days.
  7. Navigate through the pages of history here.
  8. Switch between 50, 100, 500 or 1000 results per page with this drop down box.
  9. The most recent date, depending on which time frame you have selected in number 6.
  10. The parent site that was visited.
  11. (& 12) The time frame spent on that site, and the specific URL that was visited.  This URL is clickable and will open the URL in a new tab
